Antiquated!!

on

I just got to stumble upon with this old looking community house at a temple during one of the photo walks in my town, Vadodara.

It seemed to be the Common room of the temple for conducting Pujas or some other religious rituals. I was fascinated with the colors of the furniture’s and the demoded design. It gave me a feeling as such I visited an antique museum. Sometimes old is really pretty and it soothes the mind as well.

Have you visited such a place ever?

You may also want to check the Temple out.

  4. London’s Brick Lane has traditionally been the first place for immigrants to settle. They move on and are replaced by the next group. Thus Huguenots made way for Jews, and Jews for Bangladeshis. I lived there for a short time in 1972. I never went into the then closed synagogue, but. as I lunched in a Bangla cafe I looked across the road and speculated.

Old Indian houses and the set ups are beautiful!! I’ve always loved houses in villages.. Huge, airy, fresh and with very little furniture! It has an appeal like none other 🙂
